With this Agni blend you brew a tasty digestive tea. Spices are a great tool to support and nourish our digestion and improves overall metabolism. Brewing tea with spices like fennel and anis is an excellent choice by itself. Fill the coarsely ground spices in a clean and dry grinder. Grind it freshly over your meal and enjoy! Keep in a dry place and avoid grinding it over steaming pots so no moisture comes in.
